Galia Kouzmanova, President and Founder

Galia’s professional mission is to develop solutions that enable executives to spend more time creating additional business opportunities. She has specialized in translating business demands into financial modules and in providing management information systems that enable results. Galia has a diversified professional track record in finance and accounting management, business administration, and human resource management for privately held businesses, public companies and non-profit organizations. She received her MBA in Finance and International Business from Old Dominion University and her Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from Eastern Europe. Her Bachelor’s degree is in Econometrics and Statistics.

Dennis Ackerman, Business Advisor

Mr. Ackerman is the founder of the Old Dominion University Enterpreneurial Center (Norfolk, VA). Since the establishment of the Center in 1987, until he left the Entrepreneurial Center in 2005, Dennis worked with and assisted hundreds of businesses, generally providing assistance and guidance in the area of business planning and implementation. Under his direction the Center had raised more than $300 million in debt/ equity, created or saved almost 2,000 jobs, and generated more than $6 million in annual taxes for the Commonwealth of Virginia. In 1999, the Center’s name was changed to include the Bank of America and became The Bank of America Entrepreneurial Center at Old Dominion University. Prior to 1987, Dennis was the Founder and President of an energy company and a co-founder and Director of a private secondary school in Cleveland, Ohio. Currently, Mr. Ackerman is the CEO of ICW, Inc., a consulting company specializing in assisting technology sector businesses. Dennis Ackerman has a Bachelor of Science degree in Comprehensive Science from the College of Education at Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. He also conducted Master’s work in Natural Resource Allocation performed at Cleveland State University

Ben Parrish, Business Consultant & Motivational Speaker

Mr. Parrish was the managing partner and principal of a management consulting firm with 14 offices from San Diego to Alaska. Among his major clients are Big 8 accounting firms, banks, manufacturers, engineering firms, distributors, service companies, family owned corporations, State of California, and The United States Sixth Army. Ben Parrish was also the Executive Director for the Napoleon Hill Academy.
